THE PROJECT
In our pursuit to designing excellence, the main concept behind the Masterplan of Duqm Tourism Project takes on a unique form that is inspired by the natural topography of the site producing an aesthetically pleasing and functional project.
The corridors that connect the entire project together follow the natural curvature of the Wadis creating harmony between the buildings and the site as opposed to imposing these buildings on the site. A system of secondary corridors with multiple nodes later formed along the main corridors creating an interlaced network that further elevate the level of connectivity inside the project with its surroundings.
The orientation of the buildings is strategically studied where no direct sunlight enters any apartment creating a comfortable living environment for all the residents
