THE PROJECT
Khaled Port is a vital entry point to the industrial heart of the UAE. For this, DAR AL OMRAN studied the historical and cultural heritage of the UAE in order to create valuable spaces that are consistent with the culture of Sharjah.
The design of the project incorporates the local architectural language with the cultural lifestyle of the Natives. This is evident in the green courtyards that connect low-rise buildings, the wind towers that provide directional orientation within the project, and the core spine that links the existing local
