THE PROJECT
Project Description:
North Development Company wishes to develop 214 ha of land; located opposite to Jordan University of Science and Technology-Irbid, based on feasibility study prepared by Colliers. Defining the requested disciplines within this new development area, and including Healthcare, light industries, IT, schools, higher education, residential and commercial within this area, while paying attention to allow for open spaces and green areas.
Aiming to develop Irbid Development Area to become an iconic development in the area.
The project is around five phases, each of which shall be compromised of a certain mix of Land uses and based on collier’s report.
