THE PROJECT
This modern building design combines both the contemporary design with the traditional architecture of the Gulf area. The HH Sultan bin Zayed Residence project was designed to shape the identity of contemporary architecture of this region.
In order to achieve suitable and integrated solutions for residents, the solid-void relationship study of the design was considered to help conform the complex with the local traditions and climatic issues, as well as the use of stone and plaster to indicate the variation of warm and cool colors within the design.
