THE PROJECT
The Marbella Villas project comprises of 205 two- and three-bedroom town houses, four- and five-bedroom villas and a prime eight- bedroom VIP villa.
Derived from the vision of RAK Properties, the concept of this project focuses on the creation of a wholesome community that serves as a hub for residents and tourists alike. The villas are designed so that they integrate seamlessly within their immediate surroundings as well as the context of Hayat Island and Mina Al Arab as a whole.
By reinterpreting a basic traditional element of Emirati architecture, the courtyard, DAR AL OMRAN was able to develop a modernized version of the courtyard that provides direct access to the beautiful nature of the site. This is achieved by connecting the courtyard with strategic openings in the facades that connect the indoor Tenant with the outdoor environment
