THE PROJECT
At DAR AL OMRAN, we always strive to achieve engineering excellence by accommodating the needs of our Clients through sustainable design.
For this project, DAR AL OMRAN designed three health specialty buildings for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. In the design of such projects, maximum flexibility and efficiency in the leasable floor area is vital to ensure the best return on investment for the Owner. For this, a modular design system is adopted to allow flexibility in the floor design according to the needs of the Tenant.
The interior design of the three buildings also emphasizes the flexibility and durability of this retail space. The careful selection of neutral themes within the buildings for public / shared spaces ensures that the public spaces created comply with the tastes of all Tenants.
