THE PROJECT
The project consists of 6 floors in Al-Obeikan Tower opposite Mamlakeh Tower in Riyadh; these floors are to house the company departments and are to serve as Al-Obeikan Headquarters replacing their current offices. The consultancy service is to cover the interior design, MEP, BOQ, specifications and tender documents. The design reflected the new image of Al-Obeikan.
Al-Obeikan Group headquarters is located in the heart of Riyadh. This tower enjoys a vital location on the King Fahd Road and is characterized by a unique architectural feature, this inspired a sleek, stylish and clean look with well-defined lines, interiors of modern offices.
The design was stimulated by modern office approach of utilizing space and having transparency throughout all spaces with the use of cool color tones to enhance the definition of the clean cut lines and the main circulation axes in each floor. This also enriched the space by allowing the use of various finishing materials in a homogeneous manner reflecting the firm’s futuristic vision. The interior layout pursued the improvement of work productivity, harmony in the office, and a well-defined hierarchy offering work spaces, meeting spaces and support spaces.
