About
THE PROJECT
ACH is considered as one of the most reputable high end facility in the region, consists of around 200 Beds, a Hospital which will provide all the essential healthcare services offering it in a distinctive healthcare facility and professional staff. The project site is located in (Abdali district- Amman- the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan), one of the most well-known and luxury trade and services zones in Jordan, the ACH site is located as follows:
Hospital main building at Parcels (5C1, 5C2, 5C3, 5C4) with total plot area of (5544 sq.m)- see attached Image (01).
Underground Car Parking at Parcel (PD9) with total plot area of (3243 sq.m) – See attached Images (01/02).
With surrounding streets rented from GAM to the service of the project.
The main building is an existing skeleton for buildings marked as (A, B & C) “see Image (02)” attached at (4) basements and (10) levels above for (B & C) forming the hospital body “Podium”, and (35) levels for (A) forming the outpatient clinics floors, and floors from 19th to 35 is core and shell.
Dar Al Omran (DAO ) is assigned as the Engineer of record (contractor’s consultant) holding the responsibility of taking over the design development of the project up to the final (IFC stage) for identified scope of services provided and for the office support for the duration of the construction time – refer to scope of work.
Noting that DAO is contracted directly by the Main Contractor (ATCCO) as the Design Consultant.
It is worth to mention that the project scope in design is based on design intent provided during tender stage which was prepared by AECOM , who acts also as the Engineer assigned by the Employer. The engineer is directly contracted by the Employer and the Engineer has delegated part of his supervision responsibilities to Consolidated Consultants Group (CCG) where the engineer still have technical advisory role to ensure the final Design is in line with Design intent.
