The proposed design for the National Consultative Council forms a contemporary architectural heritage reading of the United Arab Emirates heritage, through the creation of new architectural formation that impersonates the old Huson Palace, which is considered to be an architectural symbol representing the continuing evolution of the city, while maintaining its identity at the same time. The National Consultative Council was designed to represent the values of the local community in the city of Abu Dhabi and symbolizes the culture and identity through the design showing the development and progress in the urbanism of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
